Booking Policies Please review carefully before scheduling your appointment. When Booking Please contact me to confirm the tier you select. The tier includes any add ons and nail art listed in the tier. For quality and safety reasons, I do not remove work from other nail technicians. If you are unsure which service to book, you are welcome to message me for assistance. ⸻ After Booking Send any inspiration photos, references, or preferences you would like me to keep in mind for your appointment. This allows me to prepare properly and ensures a smooth and elevated experience. ⸻ Appointment Confirmation Please allow up to one business day for your appointment to be confirmed. Each request is reviewed carefully before approval. ⸻ Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to receive a refund of the $20 deposit. No-call or no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of the $20 deposit. After two occurrences, future booking privileges will be revoked. I kindly ask for your consideration and clear communication. ⸻ Running Late Please notify me as soon as possible if you anticipate arriving late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be adjusted or canceled, and the deposit may be forfeited if I need to move on to the next client.
